AN ACT relating to the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
Amend KRS 157.395, 161.131, 161.132, 161.133, and 161.134 to permit certified secondary teachers employed by the Department for Technical Education or the Kentucky Community and Technical College System to be eligible for the same incentives to participate in the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification process that are granted to public school teachers in local school districts.
HB 168 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/FN - Retain original provisions but delete the Kentucky Community and Technical College System as an eligible education agency to receive reimbursements for teacher's national certification salary supplement.
