AN ACT relating to the exemption of jurors.
     Amend KRS 29A.090 to clarify when a Chief Circuit Judge may exempt a prospective juror from service; amend KRS 29A.100 to create a presumption that the undue hardship standard is met when a prospective juror over the age of 75 requests to be excused from jury service for that reason.
