AN ACT relating to civil rights.
     Amend KRS 344.270 to allow persons who successfully withdraw complaints without prejudice in accordance with regulations promulgated by the commission to bring an action in state court based on those same withdrawn complaints; amendment to apply retroactively to complaints so withdrawn, other than those withdrawn complaints specifically given res judicata effect by the commission or a court of competent jurisdiction, which have accrued in the five years immediately preceding the effective date of this Act.
