AN ACT relating to court reporters.
     Amend KRS 31.200 to provide an annual review for reimbursement rates for transcript services of court reporters by the Administrative Office of the Courts in consultation with the Finance and Administration Cabinet and direct the Administrative Office of the Courts to increase that rate within sixty (60) days of the effective date of this Act, at a minimum to adjust for inflation since 1984.
