AN ACT relating to the process for selecting jurors.
     Amend KRS 29A.060 relating to the jury selection process to prohibit the public disclosure of juror names and identifying information; permit disclosure to attorneys representing parties in a civil or criminal action; amend KRS 29A.030 relating to jury commissioners to make technical correction; amend KRS 29A.110 relating to disclosure of records or papers used in juror selection process to conform to amendment of KRS 29A.060; amend KRS 29A.075 relating to juror qualification forms to conform.
