AN ACT relating to supported employment for individuals with significant disabilities and making an appropriation therefor.
     Create a new section of KRS 151B.180 to 151B.210 to define "supported employment services"; amend KRS 151B.195 to authorize the commissioner of the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation to promulgate regulations relating to and ensure appropriate distribution of funds appropriated for supported employment services; appropriate from the general fund $3,000,000 for FY 2003 and $5,000,000 or FY 2004 for the purchase of supported employment services.
