AN ACT relating to motor vehicle taxes.
Amend KRS 138.450 to define "loaner or rental motor vehicles;" amend KRS 138.4605 to clarify that the loaner vehicle tax applies to loaner or rental motor vehicles; create flat $25 per month tax on such vehicles in lieu of current 6% rate; have Revenue Cabinet administer instead of Transportation Cabinet; repeal audit requirement; provide that vehicles no longer covered shall be taxed under KRS 138.450(12).
