AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.592, relating to retirement, to include in the definition of "hazardous duty" positions in the division charged with the collection of solid waste in an urban-county government created under KRS 67A whose principal duties include the collection, handling, and removal of refuse, yard waste, and recycled items.
