AN ACT relating to Medicaid waivers and making an appropriation therefor.
     Create new sections of KRS 205.510 to KRS 205.645 to define "deaf-blind" and require the Department for Medicaid Services to apply for a home and community-based waiver program for individuals who are deaf-blind; appropriate $600,000 for fiscal year 2002-2003 and $600,000 for fiscal year 2003-2004. Also delete index entry 3342 (Emergency).
