AN ACT relating to powers of attorney.
Create various new sections of KRS Chapter 454 to codify and make modifications to the law attendant to powers of attorney; establish the duties and responsibilities arising under a power of attorney; set out prohibited and restricted acts; establish accounting, record keeping, execution, and venue; amend KRS 386.093 and 387.530 to conform.
HB 394 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend to include provisions relating to durable powers of attorney, authority of attorney-in-fact in medical situations, exclusion of limited or special powers of an attorney, and to delete accounting requirements.
