AN ACT relating to weights and measures.
     Amend KRS 363.590, 363.630 and 363.760 to make technical corrections to the state standards of weights and measures by amending the name of the Federal agency that publishes the standards from the National Bureau of Standards to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and updating the names of the handbooks published by NIST that are referenced in setting Kentucky standards of weights and measures.
