AN ACT relating to sexual offenses.
     Amend KRS 510.020 relating to age of consent for sexual offenses to increase age from 16 to 18 if the parties are not married to each other; amend KRS 510.140 relating to sexual misconduct to increase penalty from Class A misdemeanor to Class D felony.
