     AN ACT relating to training for public officials.
     Amend KRS 64.5275 to allow jailers who operate life safety facilities or have closed facilities to participate in the training and training incentive benefits contained in this section.

HB 478 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS/LM - Clarify that jailers who operate life safety jails, jailers who transport prisoners, and jailers who act as court bailiff are eligible for the specified training incentive payments pursuant to KRS 64.5275.
