AN ACT relating to sales and use tax exemption for cervid farmers.
Amend KRS 139.480 to exempt from sales and use taxes domestic cervids (deer and elk) and equipment and supplies used in cervid farming operations.

HFA (1, T. McKee) - Add an emergency clause and provide that the Act applies to sales made on or after July 1, 2002.
