AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 67A.402 to require a 60-day processing time for air time purchases; amend KRS 67A.440, 67A.450, 67A.490, and 67A.492 to allow surviving spouses of members who die to continue to receive benefits even upon remarriage; amend KRS 67A.520 to require board to set contribution rate every two years rather than three years; and amend KRS 67A.620 to provide that retirement benefits not be considered as marital property or an economic circumstance as provided in KRS 403.190 for divorce purposes.
