AN ACT relating to public safety.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 15A to require the Secretary of the Justice Cabinet to create a model policy to govern police motor vehicle pursuits; apply the model policy to state and local law enforcement agencies; create a new section of KRS Chapter 15A to require the Secretary of the Justice Cabinet to create a police motor vehicle pursuit reporting procedure; apply the reporting procedure to state and local law enforcement agencies; amend KRS 189.940 to conform.
