AN ACT relating to credit risk scores.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 to prohibit a consumer reporting agency from determining the credit risk score of a consumer resident of Kentucky, in whole or in part, by the number of inquiries posted on a consumer's credit files, except for inquiries posted as a result of the consumer applying for credit; authorize a consumer to bring a civil action for violation of this provision; declare that violation of this provision is an unfair, false, misleading, or deceptive act or practice in the conduct of trade or commerce in violation of KRS 367.170.
