AN ACT relating to pawnbrokers.
     Amend KRS 226.010 to define "valid form of identification"; amend KRS 226.040 to require pawnbrokers to keep a register of sales of property, to record certain personal information in the register, and to keep information in the register for at least six months after the transaction; create a new section of KRS 226.020 to 226.050 to provide procedure for checking identification.
