AN ACT relating to property taxes.
     Create a new section of KRS 134.800 to 134.830 to provide a $20 tax credit against the motor vehicle ad valorem tax; attribute the credit to the state's tax portion only; amend KRS 134.805 to provide that the credit shall not affect county clerk commissions; amend KRS 134.815 and 134.830 to conform; apply to tax assessments beginning on or after January 1, 2003.
