AN ACT relating to souvenir retail liquor licenses.
Amend KRS 243.0305 to permit distillers that have obtained a souvenir retail liquor license to sell souvenir packages in quantities greater than three liters per visitor per day to corporations and other business entities holding events on the premises of the distillery.
HB 605 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend KRS 243.0305 to allow a distillery to sell souvenir packages at retail to business entities holding events on the distillery premises in the amount of one liter per visitor attending the event.
HFA (1, R. Crimm) - Amend to authorize the issuance of a Kentucky package retailer license to small retailers engaged exclusively in the promotion of Kentucky-produced or-manufactured products, thus enabling the small retailer to acquire Kentucky-produced alcoholic beverages directly from the producer or a licensed distributor.
