AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 218A to criminalize possession and sale of a methamphetamine precursor; amend KRS 218A.1432, 250.991, and 514.030 to increase the penalties for various methamphetamine offenses committed in the presence of a minor.
