AN ACT relating to the Kentucky State Defense Force.
     Amend KRS 37.170 to provide for a term of enlistment for the Kentucky State Defense Force; provide for an honorable discharge, a photo identification card, and a decal for the members' motor vehicles; amend KRS 37.210 to prescribe an official oath for members entering the Kentucky State Defense Force.
