AN ACT relating to the use of force by peace officers.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 15A to provide for the development of model use of force policies for Kentucky law enforcement agencies; establish use of force training for law enforcement executives and supervisors; provide for observational research and statistical and data compilation in regard to use of force incidents.
