AN ACT relating to access to reproductive health service facilities and declaring an emergency.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 437 to prohibit persons from interfering with other persons' rights of access to reproductive health service facilities; provide criminal and civil penalties therefor; grant coextensive jurisdiction to the Attorney General, Commonwealth's attorneys, and county attorneys to enforce provisions thereof; EMERGENCY.
