AN ACT relating to education research.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 7 to create the Education Research Technical Advisory Panel composed of no fewer than 3 professionals or entities with nationally recognized expertise in education issues; direct the panel to advise the Legislative Research Commission, the Education Assessment and Accountability Review Subcommittee, and the Office of Education Accountability on research studies that the subcommittee decides should be conducted.
