AN ACT relating to domestic relations.
     Amend KRS 403.110 to include equal parenting time and responsibilities as one of the goals of KRS Chapter 403; create a new section of KRS Chapter 403 to define "shared parenting"; amend KRS 403.270 to revise the standards and procedures used in awarding custody of minor children; create a new section of KRS Chapter 403 to set out a presumption as to custody, require mutual decision making and openness of records regarding the child, and give non-residential parent right of first refusal in all baby-sitting situations; amend KRS 403.340 to specify timing issues for the entry of decree specifying a form of custody and to add revised standards and procedures for changing custody arrangements.
