AN ACT relating to the Kentucky River Authority.
Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 151 relating to the Kentucky River Authority to limit the authorization for assessment of water use fees; EFFECTIVE November 15, 2003.
HB 714 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, J. Barrows) - Direct the Public Service Commission to not issue orders on matters before the commission relating to a water utility unless the Kentucky River Authority has determined that the matter before the commission is consistent with the administrative regulations of the authority and the long-range water resource plan and drought response plan of the authority; declare that the authority shall review its water use fees and report its findings and recommendations to the LRC by November 15, 2003.
