AN ACT relating to expunging teachers' and other school employees' records.
     Amend KRS 161.795 to provide that all records of school employees where a decision or judgment was rendered in a case before July 15, 1998, relating to improper actions regarding the assessment program be expunged; provide that those found guilty in a case relating to improper actions regarding the assessment program after July 15, 1998, have their records expunged four years from the date the decision was rendered.
