AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 6.505 to authorize a member of the Legislators' Retirement Plan who would qualify for membership in the Kentucky Retirement System, State Police Retirement System, County Employees Retirement System, or Teachers' Retirement System to transfer out of the Legislators' Retirement Plan and into the other retirement system, employer and employee contributions are to be transferred to the receiving system, member shall pay the difference, if any, between the amount of funds transferred by the Legislators' Retirement Plan and the cost of the credit to the system accepting the transfer as determined by the receiving system's actuary.
