AN ACT relating to unclaimed property.
     Amend KRS 393.010 and 393.250 to formalize the "abandoned property fund" as the source of funds for the payment of expenses arising out of the administration of the State Treasurer's unclaimed property program; amend KRS 393.110 to revise the process for publishing unclaimed lists of unclaimed property.
