AN ACT relating to mining safety.
     Amend KRS 352.010 to define "serious accident" and "reportable accident" in determining when coal mine accidents must be reported; amend KRS 352.180 to direct that the commissioner of the Department of Mines and Minerals, rather than the mine inspector, shall immediately go to the scene of a mine accident; direct that a coal mine licensee shall not alter an accident site.
