AN ACT relating to cellular antenna tower construction.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 141 to establish a tax credit incentive for any cellular telephone provider that agrees to construct enough towers to effect 95% coverage in an 18-county area of Eastern Kentucky; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform; create a new section of KRS Chapter 278 to require a taxpayer claiming the tax credit to make tower space available for lease at fair market rates to other cellular telephone and wireless providers.
