AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 532.045 to expand the types of sexual offenses against minors for which a convicted defendant shall be denied probation or suspension of sentence; require that for certain misdemeanor sexual offenses against minors a convicted defendant shall be sentenced to a minimum term of imprisonment of 3 months for a Class A misdemeanor and 30 days for a Class B misdemeanor; amend KRS 532.070 to prohibit a court from overturning a jury-imposed sentence by sentencing a person to 1 year or less of imprisonment when that person is convicted of certain Class D felony sexual offenses against a minor.
