AN ACT relating to prepaid postsecondary tuition contracts or accounts.
     Amend KRS 164A.709 to require refunds of prepaid tuition contract funds to a qualified beneficiary or a beneficiary's designee when the qualified beneficiary is inducted into military service in the United States Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Navy, or Marine Corps.
