Establish a task force to study the long-term funding needs of fire safety and emergency medical service providers; outline appointments to task force; require task force to submit a final report on its findings and recommendations no later than September 1, 2002 to the LRC; allow the LRC to assign the issues to an interim joint committee or subcommittee and to designate a study completion date.
