AN ACT relating to the collection of delinquent child support obligations by the Revenue Cabinet.
Amend KRS 131.130 to permit the Revenue Cabinet to enter annual memoranda of agreement with the Cabinet for Families and Children to collect support obligations for up to 5 years; permit the Revenue Cabinet to use the same powers, rights, duties, and authority for the collection, refund, and administration of support obligations as used for delinquent taxes under KRS Chapters 131, 134, and 135 and as used by the Cabinet for Families and Children for support obligations under KRS Chapters 205 and 405.
