AN ACT relating to the Kentucky nursing incentive scholarship fund.
     Amend KRS 314.026 to require recipients of the nursing incentive scholarship fund to agree to work in a long-term care facility for one year for each year funded if the scholarship is funded by civil money penalties assessed and collected under KRS 216.560; amend KRS 314.027 to require funds from civil penalties to be allocated solely for recipients who agree to work in a long-term care facility for one year per academic year funded.
