AN ACT relating to urban-county government retirement plans and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS 67A.210 to 67A.350 and of KRS 67A.360 to 67A.690 to require an urban-county government to provide 100% of the premiums for retiree health insurance single coverage and make coverage available to dependents; EMERGENCY.
