AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System employees.
     Amend KRS 164.365 to specify that any employee of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, other than an administrative employee, who has completed an initial probationary period shall not be terminated, disciplined, or otherwise penalized without just cause.
