AN ACT relating to public transit.
     Amend KRS 96A.310, to expand the General Assembly's findings relating to public transit to include strategic planning and the ranking of capital projects; create a new section of KRS Chapter 96A to create a ten member Public Transit Advisory Commission; establish terms of office, membership, and duties.
