AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Amend KRS 531.020, 531.030., 531.040. 531.050, 531.060, 531.310. 531.320, 531.335, 531.340, 531.350, and 531.360, relating to pornography, to increase penalties.
SB 246 - AMENDMENTS
SCS/CI - Delete amendments to KRS 531.020, 531.050, and 531.060 relating to adult pornography; retain provisions relating to child pornography.
HCS/CI - Remove Sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 from the bill; remove changes in Sections 4 and 6 of the bill and create a penalty enhancement for subsequent offenses of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor and advertising material portraying sexual performance by a minor.
