AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship.
Amend KRS 164.7874 relating to the definitions of the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship Program to include out-of-state private, parochial and church schools who meet the requirements of the Kentucky Board of Education; amend KRS 164.7885 to conform.
