AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.555, relating to members of the Kentucky Retirement Systems, to allow credit of military duty based on a time limit between taking leave of absence or termination and entry into the military; allow for both service and salary for retirement purposes; delete prohibition from purchasing military service if eligible for a military pension; and update definition of a delayed contribution payment.
