Require the Commonwealth of Kentucky to fly the POW/MIA flag each day at the Kentucky Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Frankfort.
SJR 1 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Require the Commonwealth of Kentucky to fly the flag of the United States of America, the flag of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the POW/MIA flag at any memorial to Vietnam veterans constructed on property owned by the Commonwealth; deem the flying of the three flags demonstrative of the patriotic purpose for use of property owned by the Commonwealth; prohibit enactment of this joint resolution from modifying or terminating existing agreements; prohibit state agencies from initiating or defending legal action to enforce this joint resolution; direct Legislative Research Commission to distribute copies of this joint resolution to named parties.
