AN ACT relating to insurance licenses issued under Subtitle 9 of KRS Chapter 304.
     Amend KRS 304.9-295, pertaining to continuing education for insurance licensees, to require at least twenty (20) days' written notice by registered mail of termination of license or line of authority for failure to comply with continuing education requirements; amend KRS 304.9-440 to require at least twenty (20) days' written notice by registered mail if the commissioner places on probation, suspends, imposes conditions on, revokes, or refuses to renew a license issued under Subtitle 9 of KRS Chapter 304.
