HB 108 (BR 300) - R. Palumbo
AN ACT relating to the regulation of small businesses.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 12 to require certain regulatory entities to establish a policy or program to provide for the reduction or waiver of civil penalties for small business entities under appropriate circumstances; require each regulatory entity to report certain program statistics to the Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee and the Legislative Research Commission.
HB 108 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Direct the Interim Joint Committee for Economic Development and Tourism to conduct a study on issues surrounding current and future regulatory policies that affect small business entities; require the committee to report its findings to LRC by December 15, 2003.
