AN ACT relating to river corridors.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to allow river corridor improvement areas to be created; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to create a river corridor advisory board; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to set out duties of the board; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to allow a local government to levy an additional ad valorem tax upon the property within the boundaries of the river corridor improvement area for projects within that area.
