AN ACT relating to financial administration.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 45 to permit state agencies to accept the following additional methods of payment for deposit into the State Treasury: credit card, debit card, electronic check, automated clearinghouse debit or any other electronic payment method with prior approval of the Finance and Administration Cabinet and Office of State Treasurer; deem any fees charged by providers of the payment services to be normal operating expenses of the agency.
