AN ACT relating to breast-feeding.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 211 to permit mothers to breast-feed; permit businesses or agencies to use the designation "breast-feeding friendly" for having a policy supporting breast-feeding; require state agencies administering maternal or child health services to provide breast-feeding information to participants; encourage appropriate state agencies to provide breast-feeding information; require the Department for Public Health to publish statistical information related to breast-feeding.
