AN ACT relating to the control of animals.
     Create a new section of KRS 258.095 to 258.365 to prohibit the use of gunshot as a method of euthanasia for the control of animals; amend KRS 258.095 to define "euthanasia"; amend KRS 258.215 to change the phrase "destroyed in some humane manner" to the word "euthanized."
